I was searching for a long time for a high quality and nice looking Watch as a gift, and I expected to get a high quality product for the price I payed. Not only the watch arrived without a box or instructions, but it was also defective.I opend a case on Amazon, and Magnifying aids responded and instructed me to ship the watch back in order to get a refund. I sent it back but never heard from them again, nor got my money back.I finally found a decent braille watch that's large enough for me to read. it cost more, but you don't know what it means to be able to make out what time it is, no matter how fogged in my brain may be because of sleep. i can manage that with this watch, after going through 3 or 4 watches where the faces were just too small. the big face also helps since my fingers tremble a bit-particularly late at night. this was worth every dime.My Dad is Blind and this was a gift for him and he loves it !
