I bought this watch for my 86 year old Dad & he loves it. Says its comfortable, easy to read, light weight, & he loves the light feature!!Like the size of face, keeps good time and is comfortable without pinching. Looks sharp too.Like everything about the watch but was disappointed that it was tight never has been before always like expansion bandsLooks much nicer than my old time piece I wore to work. keeps right time. And the band is comfy. Very happy. They are a pretty good watch, but the wristbands tend to break. I hope this one is betterMy only problem was the date being so hard to read its an easy reader watch so why didn’t they make the date bigger???Good deal.I got addicted to Indiglo years ago when spending a lot of time in a photo darkroom. My latest died after 4 years. I prefer the "bracelet" bands, but they are apparently out-of-fashion and impossible to find. So I bought this one after seeing a Timex video on how easy it is to adjust the "Perfect Fit" expansion band.Sadly, this model does not have the "Perfect Fit" band, but an old version instead. The single sheet documentation that comes with the watch has no useful info (in 10 languages), but directs you to their website for the full manual. There, you enter the model# found on the back of the watch and, sadly again, get a manual for a completely different watch. The band comes sized for Andre the Giant, so you have to remove links. Luckily, there are a few Youtube videos, made by amateurs with poor video skills. Helpful, but confusing since none of them match this watch band. Bottom line, you need special micro tools, good closeup eyesight, excellent motor skills, and lots of patience and intuition. I got the job done, but it took 1+ hours, including watching the videos and adapting their techniques to this special band with some guesswork. Still, it's a bit mangled and may not hold together. You will never figure it out without the videos. The watch itself feels good quality, with a mix of brushed and shiny stainless case. The face is bold and very easy to read. The luminous hands are next to useless in the dark, but the indiglo illuminated face works very well at the press of the crown button. It's a mid sized 38mm watch face suitable for thinner wrists, but due to the easy read face is highly visible. The strap feels a little thin and cheap, but is surprisingly comfortable and secure. In my experience with this simple type of locking system the locating peg may gradually loose its grip and needs gently bending back to keep the strap securely fastened. Easy enough to do. The bracket is the easiest to adjust but simple sliding the locking pins our with a small pointed tool.I actually love this watch. It's an easy read watch which looks and feels remarkably good quality for the money.
